Building on a decade-long relationship, Gensler worked with this oil field services client to analyze real estate options and consolidate several locations into a single site. This campus signifies three changes in the organization: bringing the workplace together with manufacturing on one campus, ensuring the buildings successfully support their manufacturing process, and adding employee amenities that signify how the company values retention of existing employees and attraction of new top talent. A green promenade acts as an internal spine for the campus and allows employees to have informal connections with each other in a pedestrian-safe zone.
