Station Ridge

Station Ridge office park in Hanover, Maryland is a suburban development of three existing office buildings with a prepped pad for an additional building. A study determined that a fresh design, separate from that of the three existing structures, would be most beneficial for the property, as the existing three-story buildings have maxed-out surface parking and very little hardscape/ landscape amenity. As a solution, Gensler proposed a flagship approach to the fourth building, with a reduced floor plate at four stories, that will complete the campus.
