Shravan Bendapudi

Shravan leverages his extensive workplace expertise and knowledge about the Indian market, in particular, to lead Gensler’s Asia Pacific & Middle East region as a Strategy Leader and Design Purpose Leader. He also serves as a Studio Director, providing business leadership and overseeing all of the firm’s workplace projects in India. Shravan lends his workplace expertise to projects throughout Asia, focusing on aspects such as workplace strategy, data analytics, and culture transformation, and he also leads key client accounts in the region.

Shravan’s work is grounded in a business-focused understanding of the client’s objectives, building upon his own experience in client organizations. His keen understanding of how organizations work and how good design can positively impact such organizations, make him a trusted advisor to clients throughout India.
