Rhiannon Laurie, LEED AP, WELL AP, BREEAM AP, Fitwel

Rhiannon serves as the Climate Action & Sustainability Leader for Gensler’s Europe region, helping promote responsible design at every stage of the process and embedding sustainable principles into company culture. Rhiannon is passionate about supporting clients on their journey towards a carbon positive, circular economy future. With an integrated, holistically responsible approach, Rhiannon has worked with a variety of clients and developers to future-proof properties and develop guidelines. Furthermore, her approach to in-depth research for each project helps clients understand both the internal and external challenges impacting their existing workplace strategy and identify solutions.

Rhiannon holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University and a Master of Architecture in Sustainable Environmental Design from the Architectural Association.
