Recruitment Fraud Alert

Gensler has been alerted of a phishing scam where individuals pretending to represent Gensler are emailing employment offer letters and contracts to prospective job seekers.

Recruitment fraud is unfortunately a sophisticated and widespread scam intended to steal money or personal information. Gensler will never ask potential candidates for sensitive financial information during the recruitment process, and open positions with Gensler will be posted on our careers website. A job opening described in an email or website that does not also appear on our careers website is not likely legitimate.

Fraudulent documents may appear legitimate and may include a job description, salary, and/or details about benefits packages. After extending a fictitious offer, these individuals often ask for payments for various items.

Please be aware that Gensler will also never ask prospective employees for direct payments for anything. Candidates should not send money at any time to a Gensler recruiter and should confirm all recruiter email addresses end in “@gensler.com”.
