Porsche Arboretum

One of the largest Porsche dealerships in the U.S., the seven-level Porsche Arboretum encapsulates the essence of the luxury automotive brand’s design values through inventive details. Rather than a glass structure displaying vehicles inside, the building itself is designed to reflect the elegant principles signature to Porsche.

A flexible top-level parking deck doubles as an event space for hosting philanthropic and community gatherings. Three additional levels of parking, a two-story showroom, and a unique basement-level service center complete the building. The automotive showroom is designed to Porsche's standards and features a mezzanine displaying a classic car line of vintage and collectible vehicles. From the main showroom, a set of stairs leads to a sunken lounge with expansive windows, giving customers a unique view of the state-of-the-art service department.
