Expansive floorplates spanning up to 150,000 square feet provide hyper-flexible open layouts, while large exterior terraces and patios create a seamless indoor-outdoor environment. Lifestyle amenities include a rooftop space with a garden deck and direct bridge access to the Westside Too shops. The retail-to-office conversion project removes the existing opaque facades and replaces them with a new glazed exterior enclosure to provide a fresh and contemporary aesthetic.
