Nixon Peabody

Nixon Peabody partnered with Gensler to design a new Boston home with the goals of energizing their organization, aligning with their brand and culture, and fostering cross departmental connections. To achieve these goals, the design team engaged frequently with both Nixon Peabody leadership and a design committee that represented the firm’s departments and culture across the organization. The new, 4-story space increases transparency with one-size, glass-fronted offices that celebrate the individual employee. An energizing amenity and conference floor underscores the firm’s commitment to community and connection, with the goal of becoming, in their words, “Not Your Grandfather’s Law Firm.”
