As Gensler Bangalore’s Studio Director for Work-flex, Naseera oversees the management of the studio while developing client relationships and ensuring that design concepts meet client goals and are of the highest quality for every project.

As a key member of the Bangalore office, Naseera is a driven leader and a go-to person for all creative solutions. She has over 15 years of experience in working on a variety of projects through all phases of the design and delivery process. Naseera is responsible for understanding design concepts and project expectations, assessing associated data at all stages of a project, allocating work to a project team, and managing the design review process. Her portfolio of work spans across a wide range of corporate workplaces, both locally and internationally.
