Memorial Hermann’s Network Operations Center lets them monitor the attributes of network and IT operations as well as the status of mechanical, electrical, security, and fire systems across all of their buildings—all from one place. The consolidation gives them one centralized platform to gather and disseminate information they collect for all of the places in which they operate. In addition to gathering, visualizing, and monitoring systems, the NOC is also used as a response coordination center.
