Operations Leader, Associate
As Operations Leader in Gensler Bogotá, Marcos supports the Regional Managing Principals, oversees office operations, and promotes the firm’s culture. A highly skilled architect with extensive experience in diverse design and project management roles, Marcos excels in maintaining project synergy and has expertise in design, visualization, BIM, and design management. Marcos joined the firm in 2013 in the Costa Rica office, starting at the studio level and progressing to become an operations manager. He has supported studio directors and office managers, ensuring adherence to metrics and standards. He actively contributes to business development strategies and is a member of Gensler’s Design Synergy leadership team in the Design Management community. Passionate about teaching, he is a thesis tutor and instructs courses in architectural composition, construction documentation, budget and management, and Revit modeling.
