M Station at Morristown

M Station, Morristown’s most significant commercial development in decades, will replace a suburban strip mall and surface parking lot with a vibrant, new mixed-use development that is contextual, repairs the urban fabric, and enhances the pedestrian experience. In addition to providing over 275,000-sq.-ft. of Class A office space and retail street frontage to the neighborhood, the project provides public improvements and amenities including a roundabout designed to ease the flow of traffic and a linear park that enhances pedestrian walkability. The LEED-certified project takes advantage of the nearby train station by creating a new pedestrian-friendly neighborhood hub connecting downtown to public transit.
