Lucas’s passion for design is focused on creating a collaborative process with his clients and team members that fosters transformational results. He enjoys questioning the norm to improve work processes with a focus on efficiency, client results, and quality. As Design Manager, Lucas leads teams focused on corporate interiors, workplace strategy, mixed-use, and commercial office buildings, providing oversight throughout all project phases. He has led multiple large-scale projects for top companies including The Coca-Cola Company, Inspire Brands and Microsoft. He was selected as one of 24 Gensler employees to participate in the inaugural NextGen program, focused on developing the firm’s future leaders through intense leadership training, team building, and community service.
