Gensler’s design of the company’s workplace led to a major cultural shift; The space fosters balance and employee well-being, placing LoyaltyOne at the forefront of its industry. Revolving around the idea of “designing for balance,” the goal for LoyaltyOne’s headquarters was based upon a comprehensive workplace and amenity-focused strategy that sought to optimize the experience of the space to drive performance, while understanding the client’s company culture. The office features a new workplace ecosystem, sustainable design elements, amenity and wellness spaces, and healthy food offerings at its new cafe to service employees and attract top talent to its company.
