Overlooking Atlanta's famous Peachtree Street in Midtown, Gensler’s local office celebrates and elevates the visibility of the design process. Clients are engaged through collaboration and inspirational spaces just inside the lobby. With just four enclosed offices in the workplace, work areas are organized into small neighborhoods separated by glass-fronted team rooms. Collaboration space grew three-fold with only a 20 percent increase in total square footage; and the highly flexible design accounts for future growth. Designed to meet LEED® Gold certification, the new workplace encourages the risk-taking and collaboration needed for innovation, as well as communication with clients necessary for realization.
