Throughout its transition from General Motors Corporation to General Motors LLC, the automaker involved Gensler in the rollout of a total facility re-image for its Chevrolet, Buick/GMC and Cadillac lines. Affecting more than 4,000 dealerships across the United States, the program allowed General Motors to reconnect with its customers and reclaim their brand loyalty by helping transform the experience of the automaker’s core North American brands. Gensler’s services included prototype design; design guidelines; development of processes, teams and tools; and dealer design consultation.
