This fintech client uses its workspace to inspire innovation and collaboration, delivering an amenity-driven experience that includes a full-service bistro and coffee bar, technology help desk, gaming area, and snack zones. The floor plan was designed with fixed, built elements to divide the workstations and foster employee interaction. The office takes inspiration from the Pacific Northwest and reflects the region’s active culture and sublime landscape. On the upper floor, lighter design elements and textures echo the snow-covered mountain ranges. Alternatively, the lower floor’s amenity spaces are inspired by the surrounding waterways and forests, and feature calming natural wood, stone, and greenery elements.
