This energy sector client embraced the future of work at its new Midland campus, designed to promote a collaborative work environment and advance employee quality of life through health and wellness amenities. The new campus has more than doubled employee capacity and extended the experience of the energy company’s Gensler-designed Woodlands headquarters. The client was the first tenant of a new mixed-use development in Midland, strategically positioned at the edge of the property to offer convenient access to nearby restaurants and hotels, further extending campus amenities for employees.
