Located on the top two floors of a prominent Downtown Denver high-rise, the design for the CBRE office is a creative workplace that breaks the mold for the real estate services industry. The 100-percent free-address workplace includes more than 14 types of spaces to accommodate focused and collaborative work, as well as informal spaces that encourage interaction between groups. The central hub of the space is a hotel-inspired lobby and cafe bar designed to attract employees and encourage movement, collaboration and getting work done whenever and wherever. Also designed as a driver for business, the new space gives CBRE employees a 360-degree birds’-eye view of Denver.
