At Bristol-Myers Squibb’s new 650,000-square-foot, four-building campus, the culture is one of connectivity, spontaneity and collaboration. As a co-location for 2,100 employees previously spread across five sites, the project gives rise to a connected culture via a four-story atrium that bridges the various buildings. A variety of informal lounge, meeting and work settings provide much needed touch-down space for the highly mobile workforce. Outfitted with work settings and cafes, the atrium serves as the heart of the campus — and a key example of design for the human experience.
