This connected workplace unifies teams under one roof – creating a vibrant home for global talent and a hub of service supporting its expanding business. Bright Horizons' new headquarters is designed to enhance collaboration, support culture, and encourage innovation. A range of space types creates a highly inclusive work environment that supports the needs of a diverse workforce.

With a focus on health and wellbeing, the space provides wellness rooms, mother's rooms, and multipurpose spaces for personal rejuvenation. A central coffee bar and work cafe offer a variety of indoor and outdoor seating options for collaboration and informal connections. In addition to an inspiring new workplace, the campus also integrates a new flagship Child Care Innovation Center to support the needs of home office parents.
