Bowery Lane
Sydney, Australia
This new Sydney restaurant is designed to embody the spirit of Manhattan's oldest thoroughfare, which once connected farmlands and estates to the city’s bustling heart. That early farm-to-table concept is celebrated in a refined yet rustic dining experience that recalls a time when Bowery Lane was New York’s most stylish street. The kitchen reflects local flavors and textures appropriate to the city's Industrial era, including an updated cocktail bar where drinks reminiscent of the late 18th century are served. Exposed brick walls, raw concrete, black leather banquettes, deco fixtures and an oversized communal table successfully turn the restaurant’s concept into a full experience.
