Beacon Capital Marketing Suite

Denver, Colorado

A recently vacated floor in this Denver highrise was repurposed as a marketing suite to attract prospective tenants and convey the building’s desirability. To capture the building’s 360-degree views, all interior walls were removed and ceilings exposed, flooding the space with natural light. A central catering bar/kitchen provides comfortable meeting space along with high-top café seating. A variety of design options for storage and other uses demonstrates opportunities for what otherwise might be considered unusable space. Bold, playful graphics and branding highlight key features and amenities, and floor graphics suggest workstation configurations to provide a sense of scale.
