Ballentine Wine Label

A family owned business operated by four generations since 1906, Ballentine Vineyards remains a hidden gem in Napa Valley. Gensler worked closely with both the family and wine maker to develop a system of wine labels that reflects their family heritage, their historic vineyards and the quality of their wines. The reserve wine labels feature two embossed rings representing the union of two immigrant wine maker families, the Pocais and the Ballentines. The single vineyard wines each feature an illustration depicting a landmark that is rooted in the story of each vineyard. The design reflects the family legacy, the local terroir and the wine’s elegance.
