b8ta is a software-powered retail store designed for discovering, trying and buying new tech products. As the brand expands into multiple locations, Gensler has designed innovative retail stores that focus on product discovery and interaction. The company—whose founders have roots in retail, technology and consumer electronics—was created to modernize and improve brick-and-mortar retail for both product makers and customers. Sharing in b8ta’s mission to make retail accessible for all, the stores were designed to allow customers to have hands-on access to all products, many of which have never been featured in a physical retail space. The design allows consumers to find solutions to improve the home, engage the senses, encourage play and more.
