With more than two decades of experience providing clients with detailed building measurements, Gensler has positioned itself as an industry leader in space auditing. Beginning with up-to-date CAD drawings, the team applies industry standards to derive accurate space measurements. Gensler’s custom technology solutions incorporate calculation controls and safeguards to account for ever-increasing complexity in the measurement standards used today including BOMA, GSA, GWCAR, RICS, REBNY, IPD and FAR. As members on the BOMA measurement committee, the team advises on the interpretation of the standards and is up-to-date on the latest techniques.
