Aperture Del Mar is a world-class life science campus that is designed to embody the southern California lifestyle by blending smart, hospitality-inspired spaces, and distinguished architectural design. Aperture offers companies flexible and scalable office space ranging from 100,000 to 630,000 square feet. Each building and floor offer connectivity to the outdoors, making it a unique and sustainable design.
