Allegiant Travel Company Headquarters

Looking to expand its corporate headquarters to accommodate a growing staff, Allegiant Travel Company engaged Gensler to provide a workplace assessment and implementation strategy towards a more resourceful, productive, open and low cost workspace that invites a sense of community among employees. After close analysis of existing space usage and anticipated growth, Gensler condensed the company’s Summerlin campus from five buildings to three and incorporated innovative workplace strategies, resulting in increased visibility, continuity and openness throughout. Bench-style workstations with low partitions open up the space, while a limited number of private offices help to create a work environment conducive to collaboration and socialization. A newly designed exterior courtyard features canopies, furnishings and a large finished communal space, providing an ideal setting for company gatherings and events.
