Al Ghurair Investment

Working closely with Al Ghurair Investment LLC, one of the largest diversified industrial groups in Dubai, Gensler designed a new corporate headquarters that would support the firm’s expansive growth and foster an enriching employee experience. The 25,000-square-foot space occupies two floors in the Al Ghurair Center and consists of an open floor plan workspace mixed with private offices, meeting spaces and a majilis. Tasked with incorporating the firm’s brand essence into the design of its state-of-the-art workplace, Gensler used rich materials such as oak, marble and leather to convey a workplace of understated excellence. Utilizing the floor plan’s clean architectural lines to offset the building’s curvature, Gensler created a sense of space allowing for maximum efficiency and productivity.
