The Gensler interiors and graphics team collaborated to create a modern workspace that could accommodate rapid and steady growth. Akamai’s Denver office is designed to align with its global vision of providing a work environment that promotes fast-paced, forward-minded innovation. As a company, Akamai strives to incorporate branded environments throughout each of its offices to reflect the area’s locality and culture, as well as the company’s overall evolving brand. With that in mind, the Gensler team worked to tie the space together with the theme of “Colorado Mines,” using historic mining maps, imagery, and typography to inject a uniquely local flare into the space.
