How can designers ensure great experiences for all users?

We began our research by collecting secondary research on how today’s designers approach accessibility. We hosted a roundtable called Designing Common Ground to discuss the state of the built environment and how we can improve the experience of individuals with disabilities. We gave the roundtable participants (designers, architects, and people with disabilities) the floor to discuss what design professionals need to know, and how they are missing the mark in rendering design that is inclusive for all.
