To maximize real estate value, The Rockpoint Group engaged Gensler for a series of building upgrades and repositioning, with facade upgrades; a lobby renovation; and the addition of a fitness center, spec suite, and a marketing suite. The lobby renovations reimagine the building’s entryways and through-lobby experience, and marry a modern aesthetic with the classic Deco heritage. The spec suite, designed to give companies a peek into the possibilities of the building, creates a modern workplace within the historic environment. The marketing suite highlights the rich collection of available building amenities. Throughout the building, the design team connected original design elements with a modern flare, while paying tribute to the iconic Art Deco era to create a 21st century experience for tenants and visitors alike.
